We keep our ticket prices low so that everyone can enjoy our performances, and ticket sales cover only about 30 percent of our operating expenses. Donations from our friends and fans —people like you — help cover our operating costs and so much more. Your support makes it possible for us to spread our message of inclusion with every concert appearance and every song we sing. You help us fulfill our mission of Opening hearts and minds through music.

We use the online platform DoJiggy for raising funds, a secure and safe donation platform that takes all major credit cards. Boise Choruses are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, and your donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Our FEIN number is 47-0994754, and we will gladly mail you a copy of our IRS status approval letter at your request.

Hire us for your private event

Boise Gay Men’s Chorus and Boise Women’s Chorus perform at public and private events throughout the Treasure Valley, and we would love to perform at your event! Please contact us and provide details, including time and location of your event and whether you would like one or both choruses to perform. Once received, your request will be reviewed and answered promptly. Please allow us sufficient time to plan and arrange for commitments from our singers. We consider all requests based on our available time and resources.

Disclaimers

  • Please submit your request as early as possible, preferably 30 days prior to your event or earlier.
  • Our singers are volunteers and have day jobs elsewhere, so performances during weekday business hours can be more challenging to schedule.
  • We assume that your event will not pose any risk to the welfare of those involved.
  • The chorus is a performing group, not a lounge act, and is not well-equipped to provide background music, roaming music or solo performances.
